It was one hell of a journey.
And in the end, closing took 3 1/2 hours with a major complication that required a entirely new set of documents to be printed and driven for an hour to be delivered to us to be signed.
But there is a half acre of land in Massachusetts that belongs to me, my husband, and our two little bears.
I have more to write, but I am hungry, thirsty, and in the passenger seat of my car racing home to give the babysitter $100 for watching the boys are 7 hours.
But I will write at length on Monday.
Thank you for being with me for the ups and the downs. Thank you for helping me smile through the tears. Thank you for being part of this journey with me.
I am still in shock, and not fully believing that we’ve really made it. but I am reminded that there is still a LOT of work left to do.
There will be so much more in Monday. In the meantime, know that I am celebrating each of you and your support tonight. You made this a journey worth taking. Really. Thank you.
